The Camp
This personal, comfy tented camp found in Ndutu area within the Serengeti ecosystem from December to March offers wonderful views of the spectacular ‘calving season’. The camp is set beneath shady trees and placed at a private site in the middle of the Ndutu plains.
The camp consists of 10 large tents, having en suite facilities, eco-friendly flushing toilets, solar lighting as well as a shower. There are Comfortable beds having nice linens to ensure that our guests have a peaceful sleep.
Our expert staff will be available to take care of all your needs, and our expert chef will nicely prepare healthful plus different meals throughout your stay at this camp. all the Meals are served within the spacious mess tent and this communal lounge plus bar area is a superb place to loosen up in the evenings.
Activities
Throughout your stay at Ndutu Wilderness Camp, you will enjoy thrilling game drives in the neighboring areas and visit the spectacular Olduvai Gorge, and also drive to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. The adventurous Game walks are carried out within this area led by local Conservation Rangers and experienced Masaai guides. Additionally you could have a cultural experience on a visit to the nearby local villages to experience the intriguing Maasai culture. Check out the various local projects (for example planting trees, schools and health centers).
Walking Safaris
We have made a number of amazing multiple days walking safaris within the Ngorongoro Conservation area, partly supported by a vehicle or donkeys. These thrilling safaris take you up to the beautiful Ngorongoro highlands and Empakaai. For the very adventurous people we can arrange a hike to Ol Donyo Lengai and enjoy views of the adjacent Lake Natron.
Community projects
We have renovated a school in Misigiyo. A library, Water and solar lighting have all been developed. We intend to take on other projects within this area and as well help the community by providing job opportunities.
